So, continuing with Live Mesh and what is it going to do for you (or how can it help you), we come to the topic of file sharing. Mesh is great if you have a work PC and a home PC or if you have "common files". First off, we go to http://www.mesh.com/ to set our account up and link at least one device.
After our account is set up and we’ve downloaded the client, we need to create a folder. We open the Live Mesh Folder and create a new Mesh Folder
Once we’ve created a folder and specified its location that’s pretty much it. The files we put in it get uploaded to our live desktop and also can be synced to another PC with a mesh folder in a different location…best of all, it tells you about it all while its happening
And if you want you can remote control the remotely Meshed PC (unless of course you’ve got firewall issues like me above)
Again, if you haven’t had the chance to try out Live Mesh, you should do…its really cool!
